The organization’s Business Development Department will receive and verify customer’s requirements, allocate resources, identify work load and transfer data to appropriate department depending on the type of service to be rendered. Identified Project Team will proceed with the execution of services required by the customer thru Operational and Quality Control (e.g. Design and Development, Construction Management, Specialized Services). The final output to be sent to customer via FTP, Internet and or courier. Regular measurement analysis and QMS maintenance and improvement will be conducted to assure total customer satisfaction at all times. |

QUALITY POLICY
We, at United CADDTech Philippines, Inc. (UniCADD), are fully committed to adhere with our quality objectives and to comply with all the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 providing products and services to our valued customers with a high degree of excellence not only through its quality of work but with a rapid turnaround time and cost-effective results. This covers the entire operations of UniCADD from full blown Architectural and Engineering Design, Project Management, Construction Management and Specialized services such as Steel and Rebar Detailing, Architectural Detailing, Quantity Surveying and Estimating, Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), 3D Rendering/Perspectives and Shop Drawings. It is part of the Organization’s training program that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organization. UniCADD’s Quality Policy will be posted in all of its offices, sites, work area, bulletins and the like as a guide for enforcement and easy access by staff. UniCADD’s Quality Policy together with its quality objectives shall be reviewed at planned intervals to ensure continuing relevance to the needs of customers and all parties concerned, and compliance with applicable legal and/or regulatory requirements.
Quality Objectives
The organization has developed three (3) corporate objectives to set the organization’s target to achieve quality. These objectives are disserted into measurable departmental objectives to ensure monitoring and achievement of goals.
a.) To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances UniCADD’s reputation with customers and standing in the industry.
b.) To provide high-quality customer services in a proactive and cost-effective manner by achieving consistent on-time delivery of quality products and services to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
c.) To maintain an effective and excellent Quality Assurance System complying with International Standard ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management Systems).
